How does onboarding work?
Subscribe to a plan and we’ll quickly set you up with your very own Notion board. This process usually takes about an hour from the time you subscribe. Once you accept the invite to Notion, you’re all set to go.
Further instructions on how to use the Notion board will be available in your first onboarding meeting.
How does pausing your subscription work?
We get it sometimes you don’t have a full month’s worth of design needs. Maybe you only have a couple of requests right now. That’s where the pause feature comes in handy.
Each billing cycle covers a 31-day period. For example, if you subscribe and use the service for 21 days, then decide to pause, your subscription will freeze leaving you with 10 unused days. You can come back and use those remaining days whenever you’re ready.
How quickly will I get my designs?
Most design requests are delivered within two days or less. For more complex projects, turnaround times may be a bit longer but we’ll always keep you in the loop.
Is there a limit to how many requests I can make?
Nope! Once you’re subscribed, you can add as many design requests to your queue as you like. We’ll work on them one at a time, based on your subscription plan.
What programs do you design in?
We primarily use Figma and the Adobe Creative Suite for most design work. For web design, we work with platforms like WordPress, Webflow, and Framer, depending on your needs.
