At RequestLab, we are committed to providing high-quality creative and digital services that meet our clients’ expectations. Due to the nature of our work, which involves time, effort, and digital delivery, we maintain the following refund policy:
1. Eligibility for Refunds
Refunds may be considered under the following conditions:
- A formal refund request is submitted via email to hello@requestlab.online within 14 days of the initial payment.
- No final deliverables or significant milestones (such as approved drafts or completed project phases) have been submitted or approved by the Client.
2. Non-Refundable Situations
We do not offer refunds under the following conditions:
- You change your mind after work has begun.
- The project scope changes significantly after work has commenced.
- You fail to provide required input, content, or feedback within agreed timelines.
- You are dissatisfied with a completed project but do not provide clear revision feedback within the revision window.
- Subscription plans that have been active beyond the 14-day grace period.
3. Partial Refunds
If a refund is approved and work has already begun:
- A partial refund may be granted, minus any hours or services already rendered.
- A 25% processing fee will be deducted from the remaining unused balance.
- All intellectual property, drafts, and materials created by RequestLab during this period will remain the property of RequestLab and may not be used by the client.
4. Payment Processor Fees
All payment processing fees (e.g., Stripe or PayPal fees) are non-refundable and will be deducted from any approved refund.
5. Subscription Services
All subscription-based services can be canceled at any time. However:
- No refunds will be issued for partial months of service already rendered.
- Cancellations will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle.
6. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please contact us at hello@requestlab.online with:
- Your full name and email used for the order
- Date of purchase
- Reason for the refund request
All refund requests are reviewed within 5 business days, and we will notify you of the outcome via email.
7. Disputes
We encourage you to reach out to us first before initiating any disputes through your payment provider. Most concerns can be resolved quickly through direct communication.
